Many of us have been dealing with unfathomable amounts of stress. Political unrest and violence; the loss of family, friends and employment, business, savings; and societal issues - life, as we know it, can be overwhelming. Seeing a way out of the madness, besides eating and drinking, can seem difficult. We suggest taking a deep breath, allowing yourself to feel your feelings then finding a way to manage the anxiety.
